Nursery

After taking this picture, I had the following conversation with the baby:

Me: So, what do you think? Do you want to just share are room with us for a while?
Baby: No thank you. (I know, the baby has great manners already!)
Me: Come on, it will be fun and there is a T.V.
Baby:  Just clean the room, it won't be that bad.
Me:  How about you can stay in our room and when you get old enough, you can clean this mess and decorate the room yourself.
Baby:  Listen lady, the only thing stopping you from peeing in your pants everyday for the next 6 months is my willingness to not sit, step, or jump on your bladder.  All I am asking for is a clean room.
Me: Bill, the baby needs you to clean the nursery!

In all seriousness, I decided to just start with the closet.  Here is what it looked like before:

Yes, the junk continues to the ends of the closet that you cannot see. About an hour and half later, it looked like this:

How did I clean it so fast, you ask?  I did what any responsible adult would do, of course.  I simply moved everything from the nursery closet into the guest room closet and called it a day.  Just kidding, sort of.   Seriously though, I need ideas for how to organize the closet.  Bill and I feel pretty comfortable building any shelves, drawers, etc., we just need creative ideas of what to include in the closet.  So, especially you all that have kids, what do you suggest? The closet extends approximately 12 inches past each door.

Oh, Jodi...don't pretend that you haven't researched the heck outta this. I obviously don't have any first hand experience on this stuff. I did, however, find this cute little idea. It's not going to be a huge help but I thought your little crafty self would like them :)
